Our People

Our staff are experts in contemporary Secondary education, operating with a shared passion for encouraging excellence in young adults.

At Faith we employ a dynamic group of individuals, who operate as a team, with a shared passion for high-quality education.

Working as partners in teaching and learning with our students, our parents/carers and our families, we strive to awaken the potential inside each individual learner, and empower them for success in life beyond school.

Effective teaching and a strong community through positive relationships

Employing over 130 staff, our teaching staff and curriculum leaders understand and value the importance of building positive relationships with students.

Senior Leadership Team

Our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) provides leadership, oversight, responsibility and direction for the day-to-day operation of Faith Lutheran College.

From teaching and learning, to administrative operations including finance, human resources and enrolments, the SLT work collaboratively, with and through others, to provide a safe, inclusive and high-quality environment for students, staff and our broader College community, as they learn and grow during their time at Faith.

These strong relationships foster a vibrant school community; a community that welcomes warmly, and operates with genuine care and respect for others.

The calibre and community investment of our staff allows us to deliver high-quality teaching and learning, with clear support structures in place – ensuring that every student feels safe, encouraged and empowered to learn.
