The theme for 2022 is ‘Awareness, Belonging, Connection’, reflecting the important factors that help people maintain positive mental health and wellbeing. It is all about connecting with the people in our lives and creating space for conversations about mental health and wellbeing.
During week two of term four, Faith students are recognising the important role of mental health in their overall wellbeing and connecting with others to proactively boost their mental wellness. During first lunch each day this week, Faith students have participated in activities such as Mindful Moodles (mood drawing), Meditation, Paper Aeroplane challenges, Collaborative Colouring, and Community Chess. Students have access to Dance and Music activities on Friday to promote the important link between mind and body.
