Our People at

Faith

“Staff understand and value the importance of building positive relationships with students”

Our staff are a dynamic group of individuals, supported by a strong leadership team committed to working in partnership with our families.  Teachers are encouraged to work collegially to create a learning environment that enhances wellbeing and equips students for success throughout their life.

Here at the College we encourage staff to be both leaders of learning, and learners themselves.  Staff are trained in contemporary learning methods, combining explicit teaching strategies with flexible learning opportunities enabling students to develop key 21st Century soft skills.  These include students learning to be critical and creative thinkers, innovators, collaborators, and team-players. The College’s Fruits of Faith, Grace, Respect, Care, Faith, Service and Honour lay the groundwork for our staff to support and encourage students in becoming responsible citizens, with the social and emotional skills to support themselves and others.

Faith has clear support structures and specialist staff that provide opportunities for students to flourish, not only during their time at the College, but just as importantly, as they venture into higher levels of education, or their future careers of choice.

Employing over 130 staff, the College has a committed team of not only teaching but support staff who both understand and value the importance of building positive relationships with students.  These strong relationships foster a vibrant school community that cares for and values each other.
